Welcome to pilot the Koll app!

Be one of the first to pilot a completely new way to make and receive calls. Koll enables calls where the parties are identified and the recipient knows not only who is calling, but also why they are being called. This eliminates the need to call from unfamiliar phone numbers. We are moving into an era of transparency, where time is spent only on relevant telephone conversations. Below are instructions and tips for piloting.

Step 1. Download Koll from your app store, www.kollapp.com/app .

Step 2. Once you have registered as a Koll user, go to edit your profile. Add a relevant photo of yourself, your company name and your title. See picture 1.

Step 3: First, make at least two test calls. On the Contacts tab, you can either enter a phone number or search for people by company name, full name or Koll username. The application will automatically detect whether the recipient has the Koll app or not.

a) Try a holistic calling experience between two users of the Koll app. Make a test call to a Koll user: hannu or alternatively pekka. See picture 2.

b) Try a calling experience for someone who does not have the Koll app installed. Make a test call to either +358413660123 (Hannu) or +358469474083 (Pekka). See pictures 3a & 3b.

Step 4. You are now ready to pilot Koll calls, good luck with the calling! With Koll, you'll reach all your potential and existing customers. You can pilot Koll for free until the end of April. There is no cost to you or your business. All we ask is that you fill in our questionnaire at the end of the piloting period regarding the results of the pilot. It will take about 5 minutes to complete.

Step 5. Once you have completed the piloting, please fill in the pilot survey here.
